Brian Abbale

Hi, my name is Brian Abbale, and I have been a fitness enthusiast for the better part of my life. From a young age I was always in to sports and fascinated with training, just the idea that our bodies would adapt and improve based upon the specific demands we asked of it. If I’m being honest, I had absolutely no idea how or why this happened, or even what was happening at all, I was just amazed that if I lifted something heavy frequently enough, my mus-cles would become larger and I would become stronger, it was that simplistic. Logically, I understood this simple concept, exercise and practice led to a better and more efficient body.

These were more simple times however, my mind wasn’t being flooded with conflicting data and thousands of different people making unsubstantiated claims that they’ve cracked the code to eternal life or rapid fat loss or insane muscle gains. I found myself diving in often with the latest craze that made seemingly “to good to be true” assertions of short term results, without realizing or considering any long term ramifications. In today’s world with the vast information highways, it seems the more you try to learn, the more confused you become and you run the risk of paralysis by analysis. I never used to view diet and/or exercise as a complicated matrix, until I actually tried to educate myself on the topic. I soon found that this multi-billion dollar industry diluted the voices of those who really did have the best interest of others at heart. Those voices were lost among too many others out to capitalize on the desperation of men and women seeking to become healthier, avoid chronic illness or improve body composition. Couple that with the governing bodies that oversee our health, the conflicts of interest created by Big Food and Big Pharma lobbyists and politicians and we have this duplicitous epidemic of disease and UN-health plaguing our society today. Look no further than the fact that these systems have led 75% of our population is be overweight and approximately 130 MILLION citizens to be diabetic or pre-diabetic, and you quickly realize that what we’re doing, is simply not working. Still not convinced, how about the fact that 8 of the top 10 leading causes of death among Americans are diseases of lifestyle decisions (we become sick from malnutrition, lack of movement, being over-stressed, under-slept and overloaded with toxicity from any number of things and basically just living in a state of chronic inflammation).

Fast forward about 20 years – I was 37 when I married the love of my life, Lynsey. We had our first child, our baby boy Gino, when I was 39 and our second child, our beautiful baby girl Josephine “Joey” when I was 41. While I considered myself to be quite healthy at the time, it wasn’t good enough for me. I was determined to be the very healthiest version of myself, in mind, body & spirits for my family and I will be damned if I can’t keep up with my kids when they’re in their teens and twenties and I’m in my 50’s and 60’s! Furthermore, I don’t accept the seemingly pre-determined fate of ending up battling some chronic illness for the last 10-15 years of my existence here on Earth. I don’t want to go through that myself and I certainly do not want to put my family through any situation like that. I have to believe I am not the only one who feels this way, and it is my life’s mission to help others steer clear of the jackals vying for their business only to receive empty promises. For this reason, I earned my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification, sold my hardware store that I owned and operated for 4 years, and managed for 10 years prior to that, and have committed myself to offering a service and personalized programming designed to align our lifestyles with our physiology, which unlocks boundless opportunities in the area of health, longevity, fitness and performance.

My methods have stood the test of time, are tried & true, backed by copious amounts of research (both clinical and empirical) and can be implemented immediately. If you are searching for answers, tired of the “quick fix” protocols, have the patience to transform your health the right way and are committed and dedicated to making the necessary lifestyle changes to promote and unlock your innate health, then you and I will work very well together and I look forward to being a part of your journey to realizing your true potential in life.
